• Midland Health Services aims to prevent disease, promote good health and assure the well-being of the citizens of the City of Midland / Midland County.

• A responsive, sustainable public health system that, through cooperative efforts, planning and policy development, a broad focus on health promotion and disease prevention, and shared leadership and accountability, is positioned to respond to current and future public health challenges and protects and promotes the health and well-being of all City of Midland citizens.

Our Services

• Midland Health Services carries out programs such as Environmental Services , Clinical Services, Public Health Education, Communicable Disease Control, and Public Health Preparedness.

To ensure the health and wellness of our patients and staff the following safety protocols will be in effect:

• All services will be appointment only
• Call (432) 681-7613 to schedule an appointment. Press "3" when prompted
  
• Masks are recommended while inside for all adults and children over the age of two (2).
• Only the person receiving the services and (1) guardian, if the patient is a minor, will be allowed inside.
